Lee Neutral Density Filter Set

These three filters adjust exposure without affecting colour balance and can be used with all standard film types. Exposure can be increased by 1, 2 or 3 stops to suit individual requirements. Lee Neutral Density filters absorb light evenly across the visible spectrum, therefore reducing the light entering the lens without affecting the image colour. Traditionally used on film for extending shutter speeds in bright conditions, they are now becoming essential to digital photographers for reducing the sensitivity of sensor chips on cameras which have relatively high minimum ISO settings. ND filters extend exposure times allowing for movement in an image, be it people, water, foliage or clouds. If used with care the effects can be impressive. This set includes the Lee 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9 ND filters. Please note: you will need to purchase the Lee Foundation Kit (holder) and the correct size adapter ring to fit your lens.

Adapter Rings
The adaptor ring screws onto the camera's lens and, in turn, the filter holder clips onto the adaptor ring. The adaptor ring screws onto the lens with a fluid action, thanks to the sturdy construction and aluminium screw thread.
