The Atomos Neon 17 is a consistent and accurate monitoring solution with superb contrast, deep blacks, as well as DNx and ProRes recording capability. This 17" monitor/recorder has an impressive 1920x1080 native resolution and supports UHD and DCI 4K, as well as 720p and 1080p/i. This precision in-studio and on-set 4K HDR production monitor also records and playbacks. It is capable of achieving 1000nit/cdm2 full-screen brightness. It comes with a user-replaceable Master Control Unit (MCU), so you can have the innovative Atomos technology without replacing the entire monitor. NEON 17 can be controlled via Atomos iOS App or physical remote control. The app offers preview tools, frame-by-frame analysis, slow motion, and controlled playback. It is ideal for a variety of applications including indie filmmaking, live event production, film and episodic TV, and Live on-set TV.

Multiple Neons can be synced together using the Atomos iOS App to offer an ecosystem of field monitors in environments where the consistency of image and accuracy of image representation is crucial between the crew members. The Neon 17 Monitor/Recorder provides directors with the freedom to make more creative on-set decisions, viewing ideal images in Cinema and TV standards at all times. It allows focus pullers and camera assistants to trust the sharpness of the actor's eyes. It also helps colour graders and editors to lock down the director's creative intent in the most accurate manner.
Remote Control or Atomos App for Simple Operation
The Neon 17 can be controlled by a physical remote control or Atomos iOS app. It has the easy-to-use AtomOS built into it, which allows using the app to access real-time production tools, such as LUT selection, vectorscope, focus peaking, RGB monitor, waveform monitor, calibration, exposure, and zoom. The app enables users to insert project-specific meta-data frame by frame, simplifying and automating the project management of a complex production. This lets users concentrate on the enhancements of their artistic narration.
Colour Managed Display Pipeline
The AtomHDR engine helps manage the input accurately and display Gamma/Gamut. It features selectable monitor modes that enable you to work in either HDR or SDR project settings which fit both camera acquisition settings or defined delivery standards. The AtomHDR engine accurately processes wide colour gamuts, including BT.2020 to provide consistent representations.

It can monitor and record professional video and audio from any SDI or HDMI device. It includes not only cameras, but Mac, industrial devices, PC, and game consoles as well. You are recommended to ensure that your camera has a "clean output" i.e., no menu information on the sensor output.
Does this Atomos NEON 17" monitor/recorder come with support feet?
This unit comes with support feet and follows the following mounting protocols: ARRI compatible, 3 right, 3 left, 7 bottom, 7 top, and VESA mount.

The balance of the finance agreement is payable directly to Novuna Consumer Finance in equal monthly instalments by monthly direct debit. Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
