The Benro IT15 is a compact, lightweight aluminium travel tripod with matching IH ball head and QR plate that offers a maximum load of 4 kg. The IT15's most exciting feature is its ability to convert into a fully sized monopod, simply by removing one of the tripod legs and attaching it to the centre column. This will appeal to the wildlife, sports, landscape and events photographer who want to keep their profile to a minimum and want to travel as light as possible. The legs can also be inverted and folded back through 180 degrees for optimum compactness. The legs are equipped with Flip Locks and fold out with stops in 3 positions, as low as just a few inches off floor level for close-up macro photography. This 5 leg section tripod weighs 1.26kg, extends up to 147.5cm and closes down to 39.5cm.Technical features:
The IT15 and IT25 Travel Tripods are manufactured from high quality aluminium with magnesium alloy castings that are anodised and treated with high temperature anti-corrosion powder paint, increasing the tripods resistance to corrosion and extending its usable life.
- Compact Design: The IT15 legs can be folded back through 180 degrees, making them extremely compact
- Monopod feature: One of the legs is quickly removable, and when attached to the centre column is instantly converted to a full size monopod with ball head
- Flip Lock Legs: The tripod is set up quickly and easily, with large flip lock leg levers
- Adjustable Leg Angle: The legs fold out with stops in 3 positions down to just a few inches off floor level for ultra-low level photography
- Reversible Centre Column and Hook: The center column reverses for low level photography. A hook on the bottom of the column enables the user to hang additional weights from the tripod´s center of gravity in order to increase stability
- Tripod Head: Supplied with matching IH ball head with snap in quick release plate including professional safety lock
- Additional Features: Soft NBR padded grip, built in spirit level, supplied complete with carry case and shoulder strap
