The Blackmagic Design Video Assist is a 5-inch LCD Monitor featuring 3G-SDI and HDMI connections. The Video Assist is equipped with a single SD card recorder - ideal for ProRes recording - as well as a generous 5-inch LCD with zebra, focus peaking, and false colour. Users also benefit from WFM, histogram, vector, 3D LUTs, and RGB parade scopes. Additionally, the device supports video formats up to 1080p60, and the files from the Video Assist are compatible with all OS and most popular video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro X.

Large LCD with Touchscreen Controls
The Video Assist will help to professionally frame shots with accurate focus. The screen displays vital information while shooting, including timecode, transport control, audio meters as well as the exposure histogram. The LCD is customisable, and allows for adding, or removing, of overlays. These include focus peaking, zebra, false colour, frame guides, current filename, 3D LUTs, and much more. Thanks to the 3 LUTs support, shots can be monitored with the desired look and colour. LUTs can also be "baked in" into the file. When working with Blackmagic RAW, the 3D LUT is added into the metadata for easy disabling in post-production.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
