If you use Adobe Lightroom 5, there’s a useful tool to check your images for sensor dust. Accessible within the Spot Removal tool, the Visualize Spots check box and slider is a great way to help find those annoying dust spots in your images, allowing you to utilize the spot-removal tool and clone out unwanted marks.
