Expanded Calumet 77mm Black Mist 1/2 SMC Ultra Filter Key Features:

The effect of the fog filter

Fog filters are ideal for portrait, landscape, night, and analog photography. The filter scatters the light that passes through the lens. It lowers the contrast, creates a soft blur and creates the fog effect. A Black Mist filter gives your images a magical and nostalgic atmosphere and hides small imperfections. Dark areas become lighter and light areas become darker, which gives a more subdued feel to your photos.

28-layer coating

The filter features a 28-layer coating (14 on each side) that provide protection against moisture, dust, and scratches. In addition, the coating ensures that the filter is easy to keep clean.

Japanese AGC glass

This filter is made of high-quality Japanese AGC glass. The filter does not affect the color temperature and ensures a neutral image. In addition, it uses tempered 6H glass, which makes the filter more resistant to mechanical damage.
