Make your photos unique and aesthetically pleasing with the Calumet Black Mist SMC Ultra Slim filter. Mist filters, also known as diffusion filters, are special lens caps that affect the appearance of a photo. Their effect is to diffuse the light reaching the lens, resulting in a subtle blurring of the image and the creation of a characteristic "fog" effect.

Calumet 77mm Black Mist 1/4 SMC Ultra Filter Key Features:

  • Hydrophobic coating (makes water droplets do not settle on the surface and running off does not leave stains)
  • Oleophobic coating (Greasy marks are much harder to stick to the surface and easier to remove)
  • Scratch-resistant coating (Ensures long-lasting usability of the filter by protecting it from mechanical damage such as scratches and scrapes)
  • Anti-reflective coating (Eliminates unwanted reflections and glare)

Expanded Calumet 77mm Black Mist 1/4 SMC Ultra Filter Key Features:

Japanese AGC Glass:

You don't have to worry about loss of image quality - the filter uses Japanese AGC glass, which has a neutral effect on color temperature and does not cause rippling. In addition, the use of tempered 6H glass makes the filter even more resistant to mechanical damage, guaranteeing long-lasting functionality.

Sleek Aircraft Aluminum Frame, tabs for easy unscrewing:

The slim 3.3mm thick aerospace aluminum frame is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also a solid protection for your lens. Equipped with tabs for easy unscrewing, the frame not only makes the filter easy to handle, but also adds elegance to the overall design.

Protective Box Included:

Your filter deserves the best protection. The kit comes with a protective box that not only protects your filter from damage during storage, but also makes it easy to transport - perfect for active photographers.

Simple Operation, Great Effects:

With simple installation and removal, our filter provides easy handling, allowing quick adaptation to changing photographic conditions. The tabs located on the holder make it much easier to mount/remove the filter on the lens. Attaching the filter is done by screwing it onto the lens - in order to select a filter of the right size, check the thread diameter of the lens on which it is to be attached (usually this information can be found on the lens or lens cap and is marked with a Φ sign, e.g. Φ52 mm).

Versatile Application:

The double threading on Calumet filters opens the door to creativity by allowing two filters or accessories to be used simultaneously. It's a practical solution for photography enthusiasts who want maximum flexibility in adapting their gear to different conditions and photographic needs.
