Constant f/4 aperture
This lens features a constant f/4 aperture which makes it an ideal lens for a wide range of light conditions. Having the aperture constant through the entire focal range means there is no variation in shutter speed or ISO when zooming. The aperture has a 9-blade circular aperture diaphragm which in turn gives an overall softer and more uniform feel when using a shallow depth of field. This lens adheres to Canon's classic and continued high-quality products. The lens is constructed from 3 aspherical elements that ensure edge-to-edge sharpness and clarity throughout the focal range, 2 UD (Ultra Low Dispersion) elements which virtually eliminate chromatic aberrations and a Super Spectra Coating that will ensure an accurate colour balance and enhanced contrast. These elements also reduce flare and ghosting, which is vital. Finally, there are fluorine coatings on the glass elements that prevent dust and water droplets sticking to front and rear lens elements which in turn, will maintain image quality from the first shot until the last.Silent, Fast and Smooth
That's right, we're talking about the autofocus. The system that is put in place uses a ring-type ultrasonic motor drive. This makes the autofocus extremely quick and near silent. Furthermore, superior holding torque ensures acquisition is reached accurately. Of course, should you want to, a full-time manual override will allow you to fine tune focus without leaving AF mode. These features make this lens incredibly versatile - It's perfect for landscapes but can easily be used for all sorts of other photography.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
