This Lens will show signs of use and will exhibit more noticeable signs of use such as heavy paint loss, shining and marks to the barrel, heavy wear and discolouration to the grips and heavy wear to the lens mount, heavy dust and debris throughout the optics, although this will not affect image quality in any way.

Special Notes: fine scratches to the front optic however these do not affect image quality.

The EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS Lens incorporates Canon's 4-stop compensation Image Stabilizer technology. This allows the use of shutter speeds up to 4 times slower with no perceptible increase in image blur. Automatic panning detection automatically turns off the Image Stabiliser in either the horizontal or vertical direction when following moving subjects.
