Capture Unmissable Action
Images and 4K videos produced by the 1D X Mark II have sharp detail and high latitude that can be achieved even in low lit scenarios. The extremely fast and accurate focus allows shooting high-speed action that other cameras can miss.
Resolution, Sensitivity and Latitude
The CMOS sensor, developed by Canon, lies at the heart of the 1D X Mark II. It delivers elevated light-collecting performance that converts said light into a digital signal. Through delivering the high-sensitivity performance it reduces noise that is evident in both high and low ISO speeds. The high latitude that we spoke of earlier is able to pull details in dark areas providing high-quality well-exposed images in all situations.
Clean and Sharp Photography
Improved flexibility when framing a subject has been facilitated by the expanded focus area with 61 individually selectable AF points. This includes 41 cross-type and 5 dual cross-type sensors. Amalgamated with the enhanced EOS Intelligent Tracking and Recognition System with the advanced AI Servo AF III+, the camera can achieve outstandingly sharp and precise AF. Please note that the amount of focusing points, cross-type focusing points, as well as dual cross-type AF points, will differ depending on the lens.
Fantastic High-Speed Performance
The 1D X MK II can achieve some extraordinary speeds with up to 14fps with full AF/AE tracking. Alternatively, up to 16fps in Live View which is possible thanks to the speed of the DIGIC 6+ processors and the brand new mirror drive system (as of writing this article). Users can enjoy continuous burst shooting of up to 170 uncompressed 14-bit RAW images, as a result of the CFast 2.0 media.
Immersive 4K Videography
The recommended setting for video capture is to shoot internally on CFast 2.0 media in 4K (4096x2160) up to 60p. Alternatively, shoot at Full HD up to 120p if the desired result is slow motion. The touch panel LCD works together with the Dual Pixel CMOS AF for easy focus that delivers fantastic AF tracking for video. This is true when working in Live View mode and with all Canon EF lenses.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
