Reduced Eye Fatigue

The FlexScan EV2785 27 Inch IPS Monitor features an EcoView sensor which can identify changes to the ambient light in your work setting and automatically adjusts to compensate for the lighting difference. When using the Auto EcoView mode on this monitor, you'll save up 50% of your energy consumption when compared to use without this mode. An example of this mode is when strong lighting enters your workspace, the image brightness will increase and this will decrease should the lighting become weaker. Not only does this mode save on energy and therefore, cost of use, it will also help to reduce strain on your eyes. Another example is when it becomes dark outside or main lights are not in use, the brightness will decrease to prevent eye fatigue.

Single Cable Connection

The FlexScan EV2785 features the versatile USB-C connectivity. With this single USB-C connection, you have a huge range of options including displaying video, audio playback and data transfer. As well as this, this connection type allows for the supply of up to 60W of power to attached devices such as smartphones, laptops and high-end notebooks. It has an internal power unit so no external AC adapter is required!

Connectivity Options

Along with the single USB-C terminal, there's also one DisplayPort input and two HDMI inputs, all of which are compatible with 4K/60p which is why this monitor lends itself to videographers, photographers and animators. Eco-Conscious

Aside from the eco-friendly preset modes, this monitor also features an integrated mechanical power switch. The addition of this switch is incredibly practical as well as energy saving. Use this power switch and the device will immediately halt any energy consumption. But if you wanted to or needed to keep the monitor on standby, the monitor will only consume a maximum of 0.5 watts whilst in this mode.
