The Gnarbox 2.0 SSD is a durable and rugged backup device equipped with an SD slot, two USB-C ports as well as handy mobile apps that allow you to manage your files without a laptop. Ideal for pro content creators, this device offers reliable storage and file management as well as a compact design so that you can work confidently and comfortably in the field. You can start your workflow while on the way to the studio thanks to an array of apps giving you full access to file management, transfer, and editing. When you get back to your base, Gnarbox seamlessly integrates with your home studio and is even capable of displaying your media through an HDMI output.

On-Board Backup
The Gnarbox offers on-board, one-touch backup ideal for fieldwork. The on-board screen and buttons allow you to manage your files with no need for a tablet, phone, or laptop, reducing the gear bulk. You have access to checksum verifications and folder presets.
High-speed Transfers
Designed for working professionals, the Gnarbox delivers high-speed transfers to keep up with your workflow. It is capable of 390MB/s USB-C transfer speeds that move your files to connected devices fast; whereas the Intel Quad-Core CPU, NVMe SSD, and 802.11ac WiFi provide you with the same power as any computer for fieldwork and on-location quick file management. You can also upload your files straight to the cloud via Dropbox or Frame.io integrations that are built into the Safekeep app. Alternatively, you can also offload your files to NAS devices if you wish to archive them.
Compatible Apps
The compatible apps provide you with access to full file management, professional video codec support, and Photo Mechanic image engine while on-the-go. The apps include Safekeep (ideal for field file management) and Selects image preview (powered by the aforementioned Photo Mechanic). Additionally, you'll be able to use your already preferred editing apps including Adobe Lightroom CC, iOS Files, LumaFusion, and Affinity Photo. Gnarbox serves as a bridge between your camera files and editing apps so that you can start your workflow before stepping into the studio. The apps are free to download for iOS and Android devices.

The balance of the finance agreement is payable directly to Novuna Consumer Finance in equal monthly instalments by monthly direct debit. The direct debit payments will commence at the end of the first month following receipt of your goods. The interest rate charged is 13.9% APR. Late payment and early repayment penalties apply; full details of these will be provided in the loan agreement pack.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
