The HIKMICRO Habrok 4K 2.0 HH35L combines a 384 x 288 thermal sensor with 15mK sensitivity and a 4K digital optical channel in one multispectrum binocular. Its 35mm f1.0 thermal lens reaches a 1800m detection distance, while the 4K CMOS sensor and 60mm f2.2 lens provide a detailed visible view. A rear toggle lets you move directly between them, so you can locate a heat source with thermal imaging, then switch to 4K to examine visible detail.

HIKMICRO Habrok 4K 2.0 HH35L Thermal and Optical Binoculars Key Features:

  • 384 x 288 thermal sensor provides detailed heat detection at a distance
  • Sub-15mK sensitivity reveals subtle temperature differences with greater contrast
  • 35mm f1.0 thermal lens provides detection distances up to 1800m
  • 4K CMOS sensor records visible detail at 3840 x 2160 resolution
  • Rear focus wheel puts thermal and optical focusing beneath your fingers
  • Rear toggle switches directly between thermal and 4K digital channels
  • HSIS shutterless technology prevents calibration freezes during observation
  • Integrated laser rangefinder measures distances from 10m to 1000m
  • Replaceable 850nm and 940nm IR illuminators support night-time digital viewing
  • Electric image stabilisation steadies both channels from 2x magnification onwards
  • Picture-in-Picture magnifies subjects while retaining the wider surrounding view
  • 0.49-inch 1920 x 1080 OLED display presents both imaging channels clearly
  • Replaceable rechargeable battery provides at least 6.5 hours of operating time
  • IP67 protection seals the binocular against dust, rain and temporary immersion

384 x 288 thermal sensor with sub-15mK sensitivity

The HH35L pairs a 384 x 288 thermal detector with a 12µm pixel pitch, sub-15mK NETD sensitivity and a 35mm f1.0 lens. When small temperature differences exist across a subject or its surroundings, the sensitive detector separates those differences more clearly rather than merging them into similar tones. This is especially useful when vegetation, mist, or low thermal contrast makes a heat source harder to distinguish. The thermal channel provides 4x to 20x magnification and a detection distance of up to 1800m.

4K digital viewing with rear thermal/digital toggle

Alongside the thermal system, these binoculars feature a 3840 x 2160 4K CMOS sensor with a 60mm f2.2 lens and 5.5x to 22x magnification. Once you have located something through thermal imaging, the rear thermal/digital toggle lets you switch directly to the optical channel so you can inspect visible detail without reaching for another device. The rear focus wheel is also close to your natural hand position, reducing the need to reposition while looking through the eyepieces. At night, the replaceable IR illuminator supports digital viewing, with both 940nm and 850nm units supplied.

HSIS shutterless thermal viewing

HIKMICRO’s HSIS shutterless imaging system removes the image freezes normally associated with shutter-based thermal calibration. Rather than interrupting the view while the device recalibrates, HSIS keeps the thermal image running continuously. When following a moving subject, you can keep watching its direction and position instead of losing sight of it during a calibration pause. Image Pro 3 processing works alongside the thermal system to manage detail, contrast and image noise, for clearer viewing across various environments.

Laser Rangefinder, PIP and image stabilisation

The integrated Class 1 laser rangefinder measures from 10m to 1000m with an accuracy of ±1m, putting a distance reading into the same binocular rather than requiring a separate rangefinder. Picture-in-Picture keeps the wider scene visible while placing a magnified view within the display, making it easier to examine a distant subject without losing its position relative to the surroundings. Electric image stabilisation operates across both thermal and digital channels from 2x magnification, counteracting hand movement as magnification makes small movements increasingly visible.

Replaceable battery and IP67 weather protection

The HH35L weighs 900g without batteries and uses a magnesium construction with IP67 protection. The housing resists dust and water, while the specified operating range of -30°C to +55°C covers a wide outdoor temperature range. A replaceable rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery provides at least 6.5 hours of operation at 25°C with the laser rangefinder and hotspot active. The binocular also supports external power and direct charging through its 5V USB-C connection.

Full HD OLED display and 64GB recording

A 0.49-inch OLED display provides a 1920 x 1080 viewing image, with dioptre adjustment from -5D to +5D and interpupillary adjustment from 60mm to 74mm. The HH35L can record video, still images and audio to its 64GB internal storage, so observations can be retained without adding a memory card. Wireless connection to the HIKMICRO Sight App provides live viewing, media capture, settings adjustment and sharing through a compatible smartphone or tablet.

FAQs:

What is the difference between the thermal and digital channels?

The thermal channel uses a 384 x 288 detector to show differences in heat rather than visible colour and detail. Its sub-15mK sensitivity lets it distinguish small temperature differences, while the 35mm f1.0 lens gives a detection distance of up to 1800m. The digital channel instead uses a 3840 x 2160 CMOS sensor and 60mm f2.2 lens to provide visible detail and colour. You can switch between the two directly using the rear thermal/digital toggle.

Does the HIKMICRO Habrok 4K 2.0 HH35L work at night?

Yes. The thermal channel detects heat and does not depend on visible light, while the digital channel can use the supplied IR illuminators when ambient light is insufficient. A 940nm illuminator comes fitted, and an 850nm unit is also included, so you can switch emitters to suit the situation. The digital system has a night viewing distance of 400m.

How does the new rear focus system work?

Both thermal and optical channels use the rear focus wheel rather than placing the focusing control around the front objective lenses. Your fingers can therefore adjust focus while your hands stay around the binocular body and your eyes stay at the eyepieces. The adjacent rear toggle changes between thermal and digital viewing from the same general hand position. Together, these controls reduce hand movement when locating and examining a subject.

How far does the laser rangefinder measure?

The built-in laser rangefinder measures distances from 10m to 1000m. Because the rangefinder is incorporated into the binocular, you can establish distance without lowering the HH35L and changing to a separate device. This is particularly useful after locating a distant subject through the thermal channel.

Can the HH35L record what I am viewing?

Yes. The binocular supports video recording, still-image capture and audio recording, with 64GB of storage built into the device. This means recorded material stays inside the binocular without requiring a separate memory card. The HIKMICRO Sight App adds wireless access for live viewing, capturing media, changing settings and sharing content through a compatible phone or tablet.
