Multi Start Thread Mechanism and Solid Construction
The Multi Start Thread lens positioning mechanism (MST) has been designed for the Irix Cine range of lenses exclusively. Thanks to it, the operator can be reassured that the lens will behave quietly when filming with the smooth rotation of the focus ring. Additionally, the focus ring's rotation angle has been increased to 270-deg, allowing for easier and more accurate focusing at any range. Durable and long-lasting operation is possible thanks to the pairing of the MST with the sealed lens housing. The lens is capable of working under a variety of weather conditions and is unaffected by dust, rain, or accidental splashes of water.
Wider Compatibility with Cinematography Kits
Irix cine lenses have been designed to fit right at home with the rest of your professional kit. The lens features a standardized 95mm front diameter for a matte box as well as an 86mm front filter thread. Additionally, the lens utilizes a unified distance between gear-rings and angles of rotation across the entire family range, as well as a similar weight and 0.8 pitch module gears. Finally, the lens is fitted with a 1/4 threaded removable support foot, which comes in especially handy when using a follow-focus support system for additional stability. It also protects the camera mount and can be easily attached to either the top or bottom of the lens.
Innovative Adaptive Ring
The exclusive adaptive ring protects the side edges of the focus gear-rings. Thanks to the bigger area created by the adaptive ring, you can enjoy improved manual handling of the lens. Not to worry, this addition does not interfere with the follow-focus system or its' compatibility. On the contrary, the adaptive ring ensures compatibility with follow-focus equipment of varying widths. For even greater convenience, the adaptive ring is capable of turning at a full angle with 15-deg steps, allowing for a much easier follow-focus setup.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
