The Kirk LP-55 Quick Release Lens Plate fits Canon's 600mm f4 IS USM II, 400mm f2.8L IS, 600mm f4 IS, 800mm f5.6 IS, 500mm f4 IS II, 200-400mm f4 and 400mm f2.8L IS II lenses, replacing the existing foot. It provides a secure quick release capability with Arca-style release systems including Kirk, Arca-Swiss, Arca-Tech and Wimberley.

Kirk custom machined lens plates are Arca-style compatible and expertly crafted from solid alloy aluminum. Many models feature precisely contoured anti-twist flanges or a non-pivoting lip design, while others offer multiple mounting screws. These features keep the plates from twisting and enhance rigidity. All are anodized with a scratch-resistant black satin finish, and mounting screws are captive and machined from high strength stainless steel. You gain better control, greater speed, and more security with every shot.
