Designed for the Canon C70 camera, the Kondor Blue C70 Ultimate Rig provides accessory mounting, power, protection, shoulder support, and a battery plate to help create a full cinema setup. Camera Cage with Remote Trigger Top Handle

The C70 Ultimate Rig from Kondor Blue is designed for the Sony C70 cameras and is also compatible with other professional cinema camera lines. It includes a camera cage for the Sony EOS C70 camera to provide protection and multiple accessory attachment options. It features a top plate, a side plate, and a bottom plate; each of which can be mounted independently of the rest. It provides an open design to access all the camera’s controls and ports. The top handle of the cage is mounted on top of the cage using the NATO clamp and features multiple ARRI-style twist threads, 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 threads, two cold shoe mounts, and a single 15 mm rod. They provide numerous accessory attachment options in addition to the pre-inserted 3/8”-16 to 1/4"-20 bushings in the ARRI-style threads. There is also a start/stop button on the handle and a LANC port that can be used to connect to a variety of cameras including Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, and others.

Multiple Accessory Attachment

This ultimate rig includes a camera cage with a top handle, an ARRI-style baseplate, a V-mount battery plate, a power cable, a set of 15 mm rods, and a set of extension handgrips to help create a full cinema setup with your Canon C70 camera. In addition to all the mounting points on the cage and the handle, other included accessories also aid in easy setup. The 15 mm rods are made from aluminium and feature PPSH cutouts throughout the design. They can be used to attach various accessories like lens supports, follow focus systems, battery mounts, servo motors, and more. Multiple units can be combined to achieve custom lengths. The universal LWS bridge plate can be used with ARRI-dovetail rigs to support larger pro cameras.

Protects and Powers the Camera

The included Kondor Blue aluminium body cap is used to protect the camera’s mount and sensors. It features engraved mounting indicators to help in easy installation and easily locks into place in the camera mount. The anodized finish of the cap protects it from scratches and scuffs. The rig comes with a Kondor Blue straight D-tap to DC 2.5 mm right-angled cable with a D-tap battery to power select lights, monitors, and accessories. this straight cable is 15-inch long and features a DC barrel connector on one end and a D-tap connector on the other end.

The rosette arm bundle includes a pair of rosette hand grips, a standard 15 mm rod block, and a pair of adjustable extension arms. All the parts are made from aluminium for maximum durability and provide quick adjustments.
