The Lee Foundation Kit includes the Lee 100mm filter holder and a storage pouch. The holder takes 100 x 150mm filters, and attaches to the end of your lens via a separately sold adapter ring. The holder can be adapted to take up to 3 x 2mm filters at once, using the parts included in this kit. The more filter guides which are added, the higher the chance of vignetting with wide-angle lenses.
Key Features: The Lee Filter System
In order to attach the Lee Filter Holder to your lens, an adapter ring must be purchased. Adapter rings are available in a variety of thread sizes - please check the end of your lens to determine the size you need. The adaptor ring screws onto the camera's lens and, in turn, the filter holder clips onto the adaptor ring. The adaptor ring screws onto the lens with a fluid action, thanks to the sturdy construction and aluminium screw thread. Then simply slide your filter into one out of the 3 slots on the holder.
