Can I use this lens on a full-frame camera body?

You are able to attach this to a full-frame L-mount camera body and the full-frame sensor will automatically crop an APS-C size version (not utilising the full-sensor). Because of this, you may also see some vignetting.

Can I use this on my Leica M10?

You cannot use this lens on a Leica M10 on its own. You would need to use a Leica M to L Mount adapter.
