Manfrotto 334B Automatic Monopod - Black PLUS FREE MN234 HEADThe Manfrotto 334B Automatic Monopod is a 3 section monopod whose height can be adjusted single handed ly. Squeeze the trigger on the upper handle handle and the top section of the monopod can be raised or lowered to the requitred height. Let go of the trigger and the monopod locks in position. The two lower sections have a twist lock for additional height adjustment. The top plate has a dual 1/4"-3/8" fixing screw, meaning that your camera can be mounted directly on to the monopod, or you can add one of Manfrottos heads to give you further movement options.
