Used Manfrotto Aluminium Frame Support Kit

The Manfrotto Aluminium Frame Support Kit offers versatile and adjustable support with multiple mounting options compatible with Skylite, Panoramic, EzyFrame and StudioLink Chroma Key. The support can be used in three different ways, including a configuration for the smaller Skylite panels; ground support for the Skylite or use as a support leg.

Smaller Skylite Panels Configuration

To use the frame support kit as a handle for the smaller Skylite panels; configure the handle to a width of 1.1m, 1.5m or 2m. This way it can be used on the 1.1m x 1.1m, 1.1m x 2m, 1.5m x 1.5m and 2m x 2m Skylites. All you have to do is attach the handle to either side of the Skylite's aluminium frame. It provides you with a strong crossbar that can be attached to a support stand via the Manfrotto by Manfrotto griphead or simply used handheld.

Support Leg Configuration

With the second configuration, the support kit can support a Skylite, Panoramic, EzyFrame or StudioLink in the vertical position. It can be used as the 1.1m, 1.5m or 2m length. This is dependent on which of the products you wish to support. One end of the leg attaches to the aluminium frame whereas the other rests on the floor. To facilitate easy attachment of a sandbag, for further stability, the floor end of the leg features an eye hook.

Ground Support for Skylite

The final configuration allows you to support the Skylite on the ground at varied angles. This is dependent on both the angle of the leg and the length. This in turn creates a handy directional fill light.
