Zero backlash
The new Manfrotto follow focus features a zero backlash mechanism (no play between FF and lens movement) that enables the operator to pull focus precisely.
Hard Stops
If the operator needs to select a focus range between two points, the product features optional integrated hard stops.
Friction Wheel/ Drive Gear
They can be attached to the front or rear of the double- sided drive. They engage with the camera lens to set focus.
Double-sided drive
The gear mechanism can be rotated 180 degrees depending on the operator's preference.
Upper Slide bridge
When the follow focus is mounted on the rods, it accommodates a variety of lens diameters and adjusts by simply being moved to the left or to the right.

This follow focus model features a zero backlash mechanism (no play between FF and lens movement) that enables the operator to pull focus precisely. It has hard stops that can be used to select a focus range between two points when needed. The gear box direction is changeable, allowing the follow focus to be used with different lenses. The hand wheel has a standard square socket for attachment.
The follow focus can be mounted onto all 15mm rods and is perfect in combination with the Manfrotto Sympla 2.0.
The follow focus is supplied with:
- 50 tooth/0.8 module drive wheel
- Ø35 mm friction wheel
- Two marking disks (one assembled and another in the box)
- 3mm Allen Key
- Gear ring

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
