The perfect match for the whole of the Befree tripod range, the Top Lock Travel Quick Release Adaptor is the first Arca Swiss adaptor on the market that is fully compatible with the Befree range, 494, 496 and 498 ball heads. Compatible with all Arca type camera plates and L-brackets, the Top Lock Travel Quick Release Adaptor is designed to allow the Befree legs to fold perfectly around the head so the portability of the Befree kits is not compromised.

The two axis bubble level facilitates precise framing and helps to capture level images - ensuring the camera's full frame is used and reducing post-production time. The ergonomic side knob locks the plate and keeps it safely in place while you shoot. It is secured to the plate holder thanks to a mechanism that stops it at its maximum opening.

The adaptor is shaped specifically for Manfrotto heads, it is easy to replace the RC2 plate holder with the new adaptor - simply unscrew the plate holder of the head with the provided Allen wrench, replace it with the adaptor and use the existing screw to fix the adaptor to the head. Once this has been done no further adaptors are needed between the top lock and shaped Manfrotto head stem.
