The "OM-D Movie" video features consist of Handheld 4K and C4K recording, OMG-Log400, variations of IS levels, high-speed 120fps Full-HD capture as well as high-resolution sound recording. Other pro-features include the Live ND (ND2 -one step to ND32-five-step), perfect for slow shutter effects without optical filter; Starry Sky AF, great for astrophotography; advanced face/eye priority; focus bracketing and focus stacking, for close-ups; and many more. The Pro Capture mode is worth mentioning here as it is extremely helpful when you are trying to capture split-second moments. World's Best Image Stabilisation

Experience the world's best image stabilisation of 7.5 shutter speed steps of compensation. This is owed to the combination of the camera's in-body 5-axis sync IS with the compatible lens' in-body IS. Thanks to this, you can shoot with confidence in low-lit locations or partake in super-telephoto photography without the need for a tripod. You don't always have to use sync IS - the in-body stabilisation on its own will deliver image stabilisation with any attached Micro Four Thirds lens. In this case, you can expect up to 70 shutter speed steps compensation. This is not only fantastic news for photographers but also for videographers as camera shake in 4K and Cinema 4K is greatly minimised.

Powerful AF Algorithm

The OM-D E-M1 Mark III has a lot to offer in terms of its AF capabilities. At the forefront, there is a 121-point all cross-type on-chip phase-detection AF sensor. It delivers 75% vertical coverage and 80% horizontal coverage of the screen - so that you can focus on different areas of the screen at a much wider scale. Thanks to this and the advanced AF, continuous focusing on the fast-moving subject is achieved with shocking precision. Because this is not a DSLR, you will experience no loss in AF precision when working with a fast lens. High-precision focusing can even be brought out in large-diameter lenses; including f1.2 max aperture ones. AF/AE tracking wise, the camera can achieve max 18fps high-speed sequential shooting without a drop in pixels from the 20.4-megapixels available. To make your work as convenient as it can be, and for accurate tracking, it is possible to check the subject in the viewfinder. There is also the convenient multi-selector - first introduced in the E-M1X. Face-Priority/Eye-Priority is also present. It lives up to most modern reiterations of this function and is capable of tracking a face when it is no longer facing the camera - where you can only spot the side of their face. This makes the OM-D E-M1 Mark III an ideal tool for professional vloggers.
