The Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 EX DG HSM (Nikon fit) is a large aperture standard zoom lens and covers focal lengths from 24mm. The lens is housed in a compact constructio and provides an overall length of 94.7cm /3.7inch. The Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 IF EX DG HSM lens is ideal for general photography such as snapshots, portraiture and landscapes. The Super Multi Layer Coating reduces flare and ghosting, whilst the ELD (Extraordinary Low Dispersion) glass, two SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements and three aspherical lenses provide excellent correction. Excellent optical performance is ensured throughout the entire zoom range, and the lens incorporates HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor), ensuring a quiet and high speed AF as well as full time manual focusing capability. It has a minimum focusing distance of 38cm/15in and a maximum magnification ratio of 1:5.3.The key features

ELD (Extraordinary Low Dispersion) glass, two SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements, two molded glass aspherical lenses and a hybrid aspherical lens provide excellent correction for all type of aberrations. High image quality is assured throughout the entire zoom range.

Lens Terminology
DG
Sigma’s DG lenses are designed for cameras with a full-frame sensor, but cameras with a cropped sensor can also take these lenses. These are large-aperture lenses with wide angles and short minimum focusing distances. With an abundance of peripheral illumination, they are ideal lenses for Digital SLR Cameras whilst retaining suitability for traditional 35mm SLRs.
HSM (Hyper-Sonic Motor)
This lens uses a motor driven by ultrasonic waves to provide a quiet, high speed AF.
EX
The exterior of this lens is EX-finished to denote the superior build and optical quality, and to enhance its appearance.
IF (Inner Focus)
To ensure stability in focusing, this lens moves the inner lens group or groups without changing the lens' physical length.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
