The Quick AF Live View on the Sony Alpha a350 enables you to frame your photos on the Live View screen without suffering a drop in auto-focusing speed. The Sony Alpha digital SLR camera uses an innovative Pentamirror Tilt mechanism to direct light to a dedicated live view image sensor, enabling quick, responsive TTL phase-detection auto-focusing, even during Live View. This feature makes it far simpler to frame scenes from high or low positions that are normally tricky to reach. If you use your Sony DSLR camera for shots of children, the new system enables you to maintain eye contact with your subject whilst framing your shot.

The Sony Alpha a350 digital SLR camera produces 730 shots per full charge when using the optical viewfinder and up to 410 shots per full charge when in live view.

The Sony Alpha a350 is lighter and slimmer than previous models and has an improved user interface, making it a joy to use.
