Teradek BIT-848 L Bracket Battery Adapter Plate

The L Bracket Battery plate for the Ace 500 allows you to transmit or receive via the battery plate. It uses two 4-40 screws and is well suited for the Canon LP-E6 / Sony L series batteries. Additionally the dimensions for the L-Bracket are (5.5mm x 2.1mm) DC barrel connector. The plate can be attached at the bottom of the transmitter and receiver for secure and braced protection when used in the studio. Teradek dual mount battery plate can power your ace 500 transmitter or receiver effectively in no time at all. The plate features a 2-pin power cable for output to your transmitter providing a choice for small format cameras including Sony, Panasonic, Canon, or JVC Batteries.

Is it compatible with Nikon EN-EL15 batteries?

The BIT-848 L bracket battery adapter can only be used on L series sony batteries and Canon LP-E6 batteries.

How is the Crossbow DC Jack different to the DC Barrel connector?

The DC Barrel connector differs as we offer two power cable options instead of a centre-positive that is integrated in the Crossbow.

Is there a big difference with the power outputs for the Clip and Clip Pro?

The Barrel length is 9.5mm on the DC barrel jack connector with an inner diameter of 2.1mm and an outer diameter of 5.5mm. It is the same dimension used in the Clip and Clip Pro and is the standard fitting.
