Minimised Focus Breathing

Focus breathing occurs when shifting focusing between the two extremes of the lens i.e. the minimum focusing distance to infinity. This issue is particularly prevalent in macro still photography where image stacking requires there to be no movement in the lean whilst pulling focus for your next image.
