Expanded Tokina Cinema Vista 40mm T1.5 (Imperial Focus Scale) Key Features:
Exceptional Performance During Focus Pulls
The focus pull is a camera technique in which you change focus during a shot e.g. adjusting the focus from one subject to another. Usually, lenses suffer from the issue of automatically zooming out when changing focus from a close subject to infinity or vice versa, known as focus breathing. The Tokina Cinema Vista is specially designed to lessen the degree of focus breathing. This feature is useful while pulling focus, even on a static shot where focus breathing is highly noticeable. This makes it extremely popular among professional photographers.
Visually Appealing Bokeh
This lens features a 9-bladed iris that helps to produce a smooth round appearance to out-of-focus specular highlights. It also helps to produce beautiful bokeh, making it an ideal option for professional photographers. Featuring a maximum T-stop of 1.5, it is perfect for use in low-light conditions as well as capturing that shallow depth-of-field look.
