The Transcend ESD350C Portable SSD has been specifically designed so that it can be used with a range of devices including desktops, laptop,s mobile devices and games consoles. This is made easy thanks to the versatile USB Type-C connection and the included Type-A and Type-C cables. This versatility combined with the super-fast transfer speeds and large capacity expansion makes for the perfect SSD choice.

It should be noted that:

• Mobile devices must support USB OTG. Game console vendors may set out capacity requirements for external storage. Please check compatibility before purchase.
• The ESD350C comes formatted in the exFAT file system. Certain mobile devices require FAT32. Where applicable, please format the ESD350C to FAT32 before use.

Heat-Dissipation

This SSD has been housed in an aluminium alloy which contributes to both heat dissipation and protection, helping to keep the device cool whilst running. There's a built-in thermal throttling mechanism and enhanced heat management system which have been put in place to help manage the heat, endurance and stability of the device whilst delivering up to read speeds of up to 1,050MB/s and write speeds of up to 950MB/s.

All measures have been put in place to ensure effective heat dissipation. However, depending on data transmission, some heat will be felt but will not affect the SSD functionality.
