The Audio-Technica ATR2x-USB Audio Adapter is developed to turn any headset, microphone, or headphone with a 3.5 mm plug into a USB-compatible device. It comes with 3.5mm headphone and microphone inputs. It features volume control that allows you to adjust the headphone volume, and a mute button to silence the microphone audio when needed. This adapter shows a red LED light when the microphone is muted and a green LED light when it is connected to a powered USB port and when the mic is not muted. This analog-to-digital adaptor features USB 2.0 operation and provides plug-in power for mics that require power. A USB Type-C to USB-Type A adapter is also supplied for added convenience. This audio adapter is further compatible with Mac OS X, Windows 2000 or later, Android, and iOS devices with a USB Type-C connector. It is plug-and-play, so you don’t need to install any drivers.
