Sales Associate – Birmingham

We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our team in Birmingham. Your role will be to assist customers to identify and purchase the correct products which they require for their needs. And to assist the branch manager and sales team with the sales processes. To constantly keep up to date with the latest technology.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience and extensive video/photographic knowledge. The role would suit a confident and friendly individual with the strong communicational skills.

Rental Operative – London

We are looking for a full-time Rental Operative to join our rental team in London. Your role will be to ensure our customers receive the best possible service when using Wex Rentals. Offer a high level of customer service when booking contracts by phone, email or in person and by giving advice and dealing with all customer queries.

The right candidate will have strong organisational skills, knowledge of photographic equipment and be an excellent team player.

Rental Manager – London

We are looking for a full-time Rental Manager to join our rental team in London. Your role will be to ensure that the team is well managed and motivated to achieve the goals and objectives set and is structured to deliver growth. This includes overseeing the Rental assets to ensure that we have the right profile of well-maintained stock that is optimally utilised.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in the photographic and video equipment rental sector, preferably in a large organisation with management responsibility and a proven track record of success.

We are looking for a Head of Repair Services to join our rental team in London. Your role will be to ensure that the Fixation Repair offer is delivered to a high standard across both the Wex and Fixation businesses in a consistent manner irrespective of channel or means of engagement.

The successful candidate will have 5 years’ experience of managing customer services and a proven track record for delivering excellent customer experience.
