Service Support Admin – London

We are looking for a Service Support Administrator to join our Fixation team in London. Your role will be to deliver a high level of customer service and administration for both internal and external customers; as well as to handle telephone enquiries, emails and face to face customers effectively.

This role would suit a proactive individual with a high level of customer service and people skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Camera Technician – London

We are looking for a full-time Repair Technician to join our team in London. Your role will be to carry out technical repairs to Professional and Semi-Professional SLR cameras, lenses, and accessories, and perform associated workshop administration in accordance with standards set by workshop manager.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Photographic Technician, skilled in electrical and electronic repairs and fault analysis.

Merchandising Executive – Norwich

We are looking for a full-time Merchandising Executive to join our marketing team in Norwich. This is a broad role encompassing merchandising, conversion optimisation, analysis and reporting, supporting the head of customer experience to deliver a best-in-class website.
