Benro's Snoppa Vmate is an all-in-one UHD 4K camera, gimbal and WiFi/Bluetooth-enabled handheld camera. It features strong 3-axis stabilisation, wireless smartphone control and two built-in microphones for noise-reduction and stereo audio. As mentioned, the camera can capture 4K at up to 60 fps or HD at up to 240 fps, and this can be recorded vertically or horizontally. It has a small touch screen that gives you full control of settings as well as framing your shot, but if you want to see more, you can easily connect the unit to your smart device and use the dedicated Vmate app. If the built-in mics aren't enough, you can either use your smartphone or connect to an optional Bluetooth microphone. The camera also has various shooting modes including Smart Object Tracking, Face Tracking, Motion Time-Lapse, and Night Shot.

WiFi & The App

The Snoppa Vmate Gimbal Camera features a built-in Wi-Fi module which allows you to easily connect to your phone, tablet, or other devices. You can then use the dedicated Vmate app and it's this app that gives you access to advanced features and modes while giving you the option to fine-tune your capture settings to best suit your scene.

Ideal For Vlogging

This camera, whilst a great camera for family holidays, filmmaking and even better for when you explore, it's the Broadcaster mode really shines out. This mode is ideal for vloggers as it allows you to use the front-facing camera on your smartphone, as well as the Snoppa Vmate gimbal camera, allowing you to simultaneously record video of yourself at the same time as capturing your environment.

Various Recording Modes

The Snoppa Vmate has various shooting modes available to you, all of which is captured through its f/2.0 81° wide-angle lens. It's this that helps capture 4K at 60 fps or 1080p at 240 fps in either horizontal or vertical modes. When using the dedicated app, you'll have access to other modes that will allow for complete creativity in your films. These include Smart Object Tracking, Face Tracking, Motion Time-Lapse, and Night Shot.

Rotatable Lens and Camera

An incredibly useful feature of this camera is that you can change between horizontal and vertical shooting modes in a flash. All you need to do is gently turn the lens 90° clockwise or counterclockwise, and you're good to go!

Audio Options

The unit features a unique audio switching system which enables the use of one of the two built-in microphones, the microphone on your smartphone, or your separate Bluetooth microphone. Either way, the unit can effortlessly sync the audio you capture to your videos for worry-free capture. The built-in microphones themselves providing two audios modes of noise reduction and stereo.
