Does this device feature internal storage? How are the applications supplied with it?

This device does not have any internal storage. It is supplied with an SD card that contains all the software you can install on your PC, Linux, or Mac. It comes with DaVinci Resolve Lite, Media Express, Disk Speed Test, and Blackmagic Desktop Video. Please note that some of these applications, or some part of them, may require downloads from the internet.

Is this PCI Express card compatible with an 8 lane slot? Is there an HDMI slot on this card?

This versatile card can physicall install in any 4, 8, and 16 lane PCIe slot. There are two HDMI ports on this card that automatically configure the connected source, but they cannot capture audio or video from copy protected HDMI sources.

Can you install and operate two cards on one PC?

You can install and operate multiple cards if you own a powerful enough PC with the required number of PCIe slots.

Can you capture 8K video with this card?

You cannot capture 8K quality video with this card as it supports 4K output at 60 FPS at the max setting. It is not possible to output an 8K resolution video on this card.

What is the length of the analogue breakout cable that is supplied with this card?

The analogue breakout cable is 26cm in length, enough to provide flexibility to bend the cable.
