Consisting of 9 multi-coated elements, this unique eyepiece provides excellent light transmission, delivering brighter and high contrast images. Fold-down rubber eyecup offers viewing comfort to the eyes.

    What is the viewing angle of this eyepiece?

    This eyepiece has an ultra-wide 70-degree field of view, allowing you to observe the night sky with crisp details.

    How do the multiple parfocal elements help? Are they all coated?

    The eyepiece has 9 elements configuration in five groups for showing clear and contrasting images. Also, all elements are parfocal, meaning they allow you to change other eyepieces while observing without sacrificing the focal length. All the elements are multi-coated, providing efficient light transmission for brighter and contrasting images.

    Does the eyepiece have a fold-down eyecup?

    The eyepiece has 22 mm eye relief with a fold-down eyecup, providing a comfortable viewing experience with or without eyewear.

    How does the rubber grip help?

    This Celestron eyepiece has a non-slip rubber grip that provides a comfortable hold and also helps in inserting or removing the eyepiece from the telescope.

    Can you use filters with this eyepiece?

    The eyepiece has a 2” (5 cm) threaded mounting barrel that accommodates standard 1.25” (3 cm) filters and adapters. The filter is also compatible with 2” (5 cm) diagonals and focusers.

    The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.

    During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.

    Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
