DJI Care Refresh is an effective warranty plan for your DJI gimbal. This plan will help you enjoy much more confidence and free use of your gimbal without worry should an accident occur. DJI offers up to two replacement units within one year and provides replacement products if damage occurs due to a user error, water damage and drop damage. Compared with the repair service, DJI Care Refresh makes replacing your damaged or broken gimbal much easier and cheaper.
Please Note:
DJI Care Refresh must be purchased within 48hrs of the DJI device being activated. Because of this, it is best to purchase DJI Care Refresh alongside your drone or gimbal to avoid any verification issues.
