What models are compatible with this grip?
The BG21 Grip is designed for use with the DJI RS 3 model. It is not compatible with the DJI RS 3 Pro or the DJI RS 2.
How can I use fast charging?
For fast charging the BG21 Grip, a USB-C to USB-C cable is required. Once connected, the grip uses 18W fast charging for a full charge in just 2.5 hours.
Can you use your gimbal whilst it’s charging?
Yes - you can continue to use your DJI RS 3 whilst the BG21 grip is plugged in and charging.
