Do I get sent ink every month? How do I get more ink?
No. Ink is not scheduled to be sent every month. Replacement ink is delivered when more ink is needed for you to print the pages in your plan. This means that the timing of ink deliveries will depend on usage. Your printer anticipates when you need more ink and ensures a delivery reaches you before the previous ink runs out. Because of this we do not send ink every month, instead we send ink when your printer needs it. You will receive an email when new ink has been dispatched. You can track your ink deliveries by visiting your 'Account Deliveries' section in the subscription portal.
For ReadyPrint Photo, when I print using 'Plain Paper' am I charged less?
Yes it is charged less. Five A4 sheets printed with Plain Paper in the driver setting will be charged as one A4 sheet.
What happens if I print more than my plan allows?
If you exceed your monthly limit, additional pages are charged at a small extra fee per page.
Can I cancel my ReadyPrint Photo subscription at anytime?
The minimum subscription period is 6 months. If you cancel the subscription within this period, then the remaining months must still be paid for

Higher percentage can only be reached when the plan has been used at its maximum. Eligible models for ReadyPrint Photo: SureColor P700/P900.
