This mounting bracket is compatible with both square and circle dedicated flash head units. You can use it with a majority of Godox speedlites. You can also use it with compatible Canon speedlites.

What is the inside diameter of this bracket? Can you use a 9 cm bulb with this?

The inside diameter of this mounting bracket is approximately 10.16 cm. You can easily use a 9 cm flashbulb with it.

Can you use this accessory with a softbox?

This mounting bracket features a Bowens mount that enables using Bowens compatible accessories. A softbox, snoot, or reflector would fit as easily as on a Bowen flash head. However, please make sure that the accessory you are using is compatible with the Bowens mount.

Does this mount work with large flash heads? Can you reposition the flash head?

The mounting bracket is capable of working with large flash heads, such as the Godox AD400Pro. There is a tilting mechanism on this bracket that allows you to tilt the angle to 180°, enabling you to position a speedlite in a vertical or horizontal position.
