Hasselblad has just released the X2D 100C II medium format camera, alongside the new 35-100mm f2.8-4 E XCD lens!
The second-generation X2D offers three major upgrades, including continuous autofocus with LiDAR-assisted subject detection, true in-camera HDR, and industry-leading 10-stop image stabilisation, while retaining the tried-and-tested 100MP BSI CMOS sensor first introduced by its predecessor. Paired with this, the 35-100mm f2.8-4 E XCD lens delivers exceptional image quality and performance, and offers a versatile focal range in an impressively compact form. It has faster autofocusing, consistent sharpness across the frame, and is 19% lighter than the 35-75mm XCD lens. Hasselblad continue to innovate and advance medium format photography forward in leaps and bounds!
