In light of the current public-health crisis, we would like to assure you that we are doing all we can to maintain the safety of our customers and colleagues across the UK. As the situation develops and official advice is amended, we will keep this page updated.

FAQs

 

Are your stores open?

Most stores are open as usual, with safety measures in place. Our Manchester store is temporarily closed; however, click and collect is still available. Please visit our store finder page for more information on opening times and services available. 

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes you can, we will email you to let you know when your order is ready to pick up. Orders are usually available to collect same day in Norwich, within 3 working days at our Belfast store and within 2 working days from our other stores.

What safety measures are there in store?

New safety standards come into effect from 19th July 2021 for England stores only. To reflect this we have updated our In-store Measures. 

When visiting the store, please ensure you follow the current government guidance. If you can wear a face covering, we recommend you do.


Hand sanitiser stations are available in store
All colleagues and customers to wear a face covering
Our store staff will continue to wear masks and we encourage our customers to wear a face covering if they can

Safe areas in stores are ending and we encourage customers to enter, browse and exit at their own free will


All areas of the store are regularly cleaned throughout the day

Social distancing floor markers are in place

Card and contactless payments preferred



Can I place an order online for delivery?

Yes. Orders are being shipped from our warehouse for delivery as normal.

 

Can I still receive delivery of my order?

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

 

Will your contact centre stay open?

Yes, our main contact centre will remain open. Most of our contact centre team are working remotely and dealing with your calls, emails, Live Chats etc from the safety of their homes.

 

Can I still place orders over the phone?

Yes, we are accepting orders over the phone as normal.
