Are your stores open?

England

All of our stores in England have reopened with all services available. 

Our new opening hours are as follows:

Birmingham and Manchester - 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday
Milton Keynes and Norwich - 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday
Bristol and London - 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday

Scotland

Edinburgh and Glasgow stores are open for Click and Collect.


Reopening details

Provided government restrictions are lifted on time, we plan to reopen all stores in Scotland on Monday 26th April with in-store shopping and all services operating as normal. We look forward to welcoming you back in store.

Our new opening hours from the 26th April will be as follows:

Edinburgh and Glasgow - 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday

Northern Ireland

Our Belfast store is currently open for Click and Collect by appointment only.


Reopening details

We are awaiting information from the Northern Ireland government before we confirm our plans for the reopening of our store in Belfast. 

Can I collect my order in store?

Collect-in-store is currently available at all stores. Collection is from the door, unfortunately, we are unable to let customers into our stores. We will email you to let you know when your order is ready to pick up. Orders are usually available to collect same day in Norwich, within 3 working days at our Belfast store and within 2 working days from our other stores.

What safety measures are there in store?

There are some changes to the way the store operates, including a one-to-one policy that means you will receive a high level of assistance with minimal contact.

When visiting the store, please ensure you follow the current government guidance and wear a face covering


Hand sanitiser stations are available in store
All colleagues and customers to wear a face covering

Customers will be directed to a safe area until a colleague becomes free

All products are cleaned after handling

Social distancing floor markers are in place

Card and contactless payments preferred



Can I place an order online for delivery?

Yes. Orders are being shipped from our warehouse for delivery as normal.

 

Can I still receive delivery of my order?

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

 

Will your contact centre stay open?

Yes, our main contact centre will remain open. Most of our contact centre team are working remotely and dealing with your calls, emails, Live Chats etc from the safety of their homes.

 

Can I still place orders over the phone?

Yes, we are accepting orders over the phone as normal.
