The Hollyland Vcore Wireless Video Transmission System transforms your smartphone or tablet into a professional-grade monitor, offering crisp real-time monitoring at up to 4K 30 fps through the HollyView app. Connecting to your camera via HDMI and your Android or iOS phone/tablet via USB-C, Vcore delivers stable, lag-free image transmission with approximately 65ms latency over a 5GHz wireless link reaching up to 100 metres (30ft). Whether used on set or outdoors, it provides clear visual feedback and flexible positioning for any shooting environment.

Simplify post-production with pro-level recording

Designed with production speed in mind, Vcore supports proxy recording at up to 1080p 60fps using the H.264 codec, allowing instant edits or direct uploads from mobile devices. It can automatically detect the camera’s frame rate and timecode for proxy file linking in software like Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. A proxy file can be recorded in MP4 format with embedded timecode and saved to the internal SD card. Using the HollyView app, you can set the linked mobile device to record in MP4 format. This file can instantly be shared on social media or edited on a mobile device.

On iPhone and iPad, the Vcore unlocks Apple ProRes 422 recording options, including 422 HQ, 422 LT, and Proxy, ensuring footage retains professional clarity. Timecode and frame rate are automatically matched to your camera, making media management straightforward during post-production.

Wireless transfer for intelligent file management

Vcore allows for the direct capture and transfer of RAW, JPEG, or other high-resolution image files as you shoot when connected to your camera via USB. Using HollyView and HollyLink, these files can be wirelessly sent to mobile or desktop devices running macOS or Windows, including integration with Capture One via plugin. The HollyView app also enables clip tagging, renaming, and folder organisation in real time, helping creators maintain order even during complex multi-camera shoots.

Streaming and power that keeps you shooting

With built-in RTMP streaming and streaming via the app, Vcore connects directly to platforms such as YouTube or Twitch without requiring additional hardware. Green screen previews can be viewed live through the app, reducing the need for retakes. A 5150mAh internal battery keeps the system powered throughout long shooting sessions while also charging your connected iPhone or iPad. Lightweight yet robust, Vcore ensures professional connectivity and reliability wherever production takes place.
