The Hoya 62mm Variable Density x3-400 Filter allows you to adjust the brightness of a scene giving you more control over exposure settings during both still photography and video. For example, you are now able to use longer shutter speeds to capture smooth, blurred seascapes in full daylight. By rotating the inner filter ring, this filter reduces light transmission by approximately 1/3 to 1/400th of its original level.

  • Black Almite Frame with satin finish to reduce reflections
  • Low Profile Frame - avoids vignetting on super wide-angle lenses, will accept a clip-cap

  • Available in sizes from 52mm to 82mm diameter
