JOBY BallHead 5K

The GorillaPod BallHead 5K is an update to the JOBY BallHead X (for the GorillaPod Focus). This ball head is specially developed as a high end solution for professional photographers and video filmmakers, journalists, vloggers, and demanding amateurs. The modern colour scheme in black with red accents makes the GorillaPod BallHead 5K made of aluminium and stainless steel also attractive to see.

Because the BallHead 5K is optimized for use with the GorillaPod 5K Stand, this tripod has a 1/4" thread, but you can also use it on stands by other brands that have the same thread.

Thanks to the BallHead 5K, you can use a professional dslr or video camera to easily tilt, tilt and rotate easily and smoothly. With a rubberised knob, you can adjust the horizontal setting of the head, which can rotate 360°. The ball's friction is adjustable in the horizontal and vertical planes with a large dial. The ball of the JOBY BallHead 5K can tilt 90° for vertical shooting. The ball head is 8.5 cm high and weighs 144 grams. Its carrying capacity is 5 kg, which means that the Gorillapod 5K Kit can support a sturdy DSLR with zoom lens and accessories attached.

Interchangeable with the Arca-Swiss system
The BallHead 5K is painted black and has a red ball for contrast. This compact but sturdy ball head is made of aluminium and stainless steel for high durability. The professional Arca-Swiss quick-release plate lets you quickly put your camera on the tripod. Thanks this compatibility with the widely used Arca-Swiss system, the plate is universally interchangeable. The BallHead 5K buttons are finished with durable TPE rubber for extra grip. The quick-release plate is also coated with rubber for good clamping strength underneath the camera. The professional matte black finish minimizes reflection when shooting reflective surfaces.
