As a USB large-diaphragm condenser microphone, the JOBY Wavo POD is ideal for everything from podcasting to gaming, live-streaming and online teaching. Featuring the versatility of both cardioid and omnidirectional pickup patterns, the Wavo POD is built for both solo use and interviews. The combination of 24bit/48kHz high-res sampling rates and the additional pop filter offers silky-smooth audio that minimises distortion for a warm, broadcast voice.
Customise Your Setup
With a unique mounting system, the Wavo POD is both versatile and easily customisable. The desk stand can be removed to fit a multitude of other accessories suited to audio capture and streaming. Using the included adaptor with both 3/8" and 5/8" threads, tripods, boom arms and GorillaPods can be attached for greater stability or more convenient positioning. Users can even customize their rig further with the 1/4" side mounts.
Hands-on Control
Users can simply plug their Wavo POD into a device using the industry-standard USB -C connection. The handy multifunction knob gives users control over all audio levels, using an intuitive system of colours. A long press will switch between Headphone Volume (blue) and Gain Adjustment (purple) mode whilst a short press mutes the microphone (red). The additional 3.5-mm latency-free headphone monitoring port allows creators to review voice levels live and adjust them in real-time, to always stay in control.
