The LensCoat TravelCoat for Canon 500mm f/4 IS II w/o hood in Black has been crafted from 3mm thick shock-absorbing closed cell neoprene. It has been custom tailored to fit and protect the Canon 500 F/4 IS II. The TravelCoat frees up valuable storage. Thanks to the Velcro closure the coat slides over the lens with ease and haste. Please note that this specific TravelCoat facilitates the lens without the hood. There is a different hood that can accommodate for the Canon lens with the hood attached.
