The D300s takes DSLR HD movie capture further by adding external stereo sound input for more realistic movie soundtracks, autofocus capability and in-camera movie editing. The camera's Multi CAM 3500 DX AF sensor module offers an exceptionally wide area of AF coverage with 51 AF points strategically positioned across the frame. The D300s offers three AF area modes - Dynamic-area AF, Single-point AF and Autoarea AF, while the EXPEED image processing system delivers rich accurate colours, smooth skin gradations and exceptional detail, all with the minimum amount of noise.
