The promoter of this prize draw is Wex Photo Video ("the Promoter"). The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Wex Photo Video, their immediate families, agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Entry into the prize draws is automatic with every qualifying purchase made in-store; online at Wex Photo Video; or via the Wex Photo Video telephone customer services team. No separate entry form is required.
A qualifying purchase is any completed and paid-for order placed during the promotional period through one of the channels listed above. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, exchanged, or otherwise reversed will not qualify for entry. Any entries associated with such orders will be withdrawn from the prize draws.
Qualifying purchases made between 11 June 2026 and 2 August 2026 (inclusive) will be entered into a draw to win a Sports Photography Kit prize package valued at over £6,000. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during this period.
Qualifying purchases made between 3 August 2026 and 30 September 2026 (inclusive) will be entered into a draw to win a Wildlife Photography Kit prize package valued at over £6,000. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during this period.
52 Additional Prize Draws: Qualifying purchases made between 11 June 2026 and 30 September 2026 (inclusive) will be entered into draws for 52 additional prizes. The 52 prizes will be awarded through random draws from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Prize details and values will be determined by Wex Photo Video and may vary.
Each qualifying order will receive one entry into the applicable prize draw(s). Multiple qualifying purchases will generate multiple entries. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a computer-generated random selection process or an independently supervised draw.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of purchase within 14 days of the relevant draw taking place. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Wex Photo Video reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Wex Photo Video reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary. By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activity relating to the prize draw if requested by Wex Photo Video.
