The Rode NTH-100 Headphones are designed for professionals and deliver an exceptional sonic performance that's ideal for monitoring, mixing and mastering. This high-level performance is achieved thanks to its custom-matched 40mm dynamic drivers that provide accurate frequency response and clarity. Adding to this is a custom voice coil with a four-layer ultra-high-tension aluminium alloy core, a triple-layer Mylar diaphragm and a rare-earth neodymium magnet. These components result in impressive acoustic and electrical performance, highly accurate frequency response and low levels of distortion.

Comfortable and Functional

When designing professional headphones, a huge design consideration is comfort. Headphones need to be comfortable for long periods of use behind an audio desk, monitoring and adjusting. Rode knows this and has implemented several innovative design features that make the NTH-100 headphones super-comfortable.

A unique contoured earcup design with bi-directional movement and memory foam allows the headphones to sit naturally around your head. This design not only provides comfort but is precisely engineered to be acoustically optimal, eliminating standing modes and frequency resonances. Furthermore, the high-density memory foam acts as a barrier, not letting any sound in or out. This means the headphones have excellent noise isolation and will not affect recording close to a microphone.

The headband is fully adjustable and features the Rode FitLok locking system, which secures the earcups in place. This means you can tailor the headphone to sit and feel the way you like them, every time they are worn.

Further adding to your comfort when wearing the headphones, both the earpads and headband feature the ultra-high-quality material, Alcantara. This super-soft material is coupled with a layer of Rode CoolTech gel underneath that can absorb and dissipates heat, actively cooling your head and ears.

The headphones come with a range of high-quality locking cables and connectors that are ready for the task at hand. Each earcup is adorned with luminous letters, colour-coding and braille to help with easy identification. Adding to this, there’s a set of coloured ID rings so you can easily organise and find the cables you need. And, the headphones come with a protective storage pouch and a 3.5mm to 1/4” adaptor for compatibility with professional audio equipment.
