How does the microphone attach to the arm?

Attach your microphone to the PSA 1+ arm by screwing the microphone clip or the shockmount onto the bolt assembly’s thread in a clockwise manner. The 3/8 to 5/8 adapter can be used to mount your microphone or the shockmount via a 5/8” thread.

What is the horizontal and vertical reach of the arm?

The two-section studio boom arm has an extended horizontal reach of 94 cm and a vertical reach of 86 cm.

Can the microphone be positioned in an upright position?

The microphone can be positioned in both upright and downward positions with the PSA 1+ arm. You need to further tighten the thumb knots to ensure enough tension on the bolt when the mic is in an upright position. It would prevent any unintentional rotation of the microphone.
