This SmallRig 4227 CINE 4 x 5.65" ND1.8 (6 Stops) Filter is a neutral neutral filter that gives an exposure reduction of 6 f-stops. This makes it possible to shorten the shutter speed and thus increase the aperture to create extra blur when taking photos or for finer control over the frame rate when shooting video.

Optical glass from Schott

This filter is compatible with any 4 x 5.65" matte box or filter holder with a filter slot for 4 mm thick filters and is made of B270 optical glass from Schott, this glass is characterised by high clarity and permeability. It has been precisely ground and polished for use with lenses with different focal lengths without compromising image sharpness.

Double-sided multilayer nano-coating

The filter features a Double-sided multilayer nano-coating on both sides, a multi-layer nano-coating to reduce lens flare and optimize light transmission. The coatings are mold and water resistant and hardened to prevent stains and for easy cleaning of dirt or greasy fingers, ideal for use in harsh environments.
